Vendor space reservations are assigned to location inside the downtown square. Booth space is a fee of $20 and is required to register. This fee is only refundable if the application is rejected, no refunds due to cancellation or inclement weather. Vendors must pay all applicable fees. Vendors may be subject to a criminal history profile. Main Street of Perry reserves the right to make final decisions as to whom and what products may be exhibited at the event. No vendor may pass out any flyers or display anything in the entrance or place signage/information inside or outside the Courthouse/ grounds without permission from the Main Street of Perry. Products not allowed include: fireworks, marijuana, vape products,  x-rated items, or weapons of any kind. Food vendors are solely responsible for meeting the requirements of the Noble County Health Department. All licenses, permits and insurance are the responsibility of the vendor. Main Street of Perry will not intervene on the vendor’s behalf with the City of Perry, Noble County, or State Health Department for any variance in rules or regulations. All food vendors must have the ability to operate fully as a self contained unit. Vendors agree to allow Main Street of Perry use of their name, photo images and video of them and their booth/product taken from promotional, advertising and marketing purposes. Vendors must leave their booth space substantially the same condition as it was when vendor arrived, including but not limited to being free of all trash and refuse. Vendor will pay for the cost of any repair or replacement due to any damage caused by the Vendor to the property. Vendor acknowledge and agrees the Main Street of Perry does not guarantee weather conditions or guest numbers and shall not be liable for loss or damages of any type due to partial or complete cancellation of the event. Vender agrees liability, loss and expense due in part or in whole to the actions or negligence of vendor and its representatives and employees.
